Role Description

This is a full-time Performance Marketer role based in Chennai, offered in a hybrid model with some flexibility for work from home. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), along with other digital channels, to drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad budgets, conducting A/B tests, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending strategies to improve ROI.



The role also involves collaborating with designers and content specialists to develop compelling creatives, coordinating with clients or internal stakeholders to align campaigns with brand goals, and staying current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging performance marketing trends.

Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager). Proficiency in performance marketing channels, including Meta Ads as the primary channel, along with search engine marketing (SEM), and display or retargeting campaigns. Robust analytical skills with experience using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and spreadsheets for data interpretation and reporting.
