Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate salaried loan applications based on salary slips, bank statements, and bureau reports • Verify income stability, employer profile, and repayment capacity

• Analyse banking behaviour (salary credits, obligations, EMI patterns, etc.)

• Review credit bureau reports (CIBIL/Experian) for eligibility and risk assessment

• Identify discrepancies, red flags, or potential fraud cases and escalate

• Take approval/rejection decisions as per policy guidelines

• Coordinate with Sales, CPV, and Operations teams for query resolution

• Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for case processing

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit policies

• Maintain data accuracy and audit readiness

Eligibility / Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)



• 2–3 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (Salaried segment preferred)

Experience Required

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech • Exposure to Personal Loans / Consumer Loans (Salaried cases) • Hands-on experience in bureau analysis and banking checks

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of salary-based underwriting

• Knowledge of bureau analysis (CIBIL/Experian)

• Attention to detail and decision-making ability

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Ability to manage volumes and meet TAT

• Basic Excel and system handling skills

• Problem-solving and risk identification ability
