Role Description The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician will support the design team by producing accurate 2 D drawings and technical documentation for architecture and interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design concepts and sketches into CAD drawings, updating and revising plans based on feedback,
and ensuring all documentation meets project standards and local regulations. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and project managers, maintaining organized digital drawing files, and coordinating with other technical specialists to ensure design feasibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, requiring regular presence in the studio to support project workflows and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Ability to provide Technical Support for CAD workstations and design-related software tools.
Proficiency in CAD software (such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar) and familiarity with 2 D/3 D modeling workflows.
Attention to detail, with the ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts into exact technical drawings.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary design teams on-site.
