Responsibilities:
Ensure timely collections and bill submission to maintain DSO
Responsible for revenue collection, retention, and revenue upselling
Allocate data to team members and designed strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Handle total collection processes with backend support activity
Leverage customer relationships to support billing and collection for faster payment clearance
