Himeya is seeking a performance-driven D2 C Manager to own and scale Himeya into a major revenue engine for the brand. This role demands a sharp commercial mindset, strong execution capability, and deep expertise in D2 C growth across traffic, conversion, retention, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in operating and scaling D2 C businesses on Shopify.

Responsibilities




Revenue & P& L Ownership Own the end-to-end revenue targets for Himeya . Drive month-on-month GMV growth with clear ROI accountability. Build and execute the D2 C growth roadmap to make the website a key revenue channel. Growth Strategy & Execution Identify current growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention. Strengthen the brand's digital presence through SEO, content, and organic traffic initiatives. Improve traffic quality while continuously working to reduce CAC. Paid Media & Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to scale high-performing paid channels. Ensure consistent measurement, A/B testing, and performance tracking across all campaigns.
