Prop Grow is a Gurugram-based luxury real estate investment-advisory firm — research-led, not a transactional brokerage. We're building something rare in this market: an honest, advisory-first firm that helps Indians across the world i.e. NRIs, and HNIs to invest in high-ROI decisions across India's prime corridors.
And we're now going global — expanding into Singapore, USA, Dubai, and Australia to serve our growing NRI and international investor base. That growth is exactly why we're expanding our senior leadership team now.
We're looking for an SVP / Director – Sales to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founders to scale this into a best-in-class advisory institution. This is a true leadership seat — you'll own the revenue engine, carry P&L; responsibility, and share directly in the value you create.

Amit Maggu — Founder & CEO
With over 13 years in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), Government of India, Amit operated at the centre of national policy and governance — leading reforms and large-scale projects across Defense, Technology,



and Infrastructure. His mandate spanned land acquisition and development for Central and State governments, international affairs, and institution building, including shaping the IT Rules, 2021 and the NCIIPC framework, alongside agencies such as Defense, Finance, ISRO, DRDO, and NITI Aayog.
He now brings that same rigour to real estate — across land development, investment strategy, and property consultancy.
Ankit Maggu - Founder & CBO
Ankit is an entrepreneur and finance qualified with a career spanning corporate and investment banking across Kotak and Yes Bank, where he built deep expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and capital strategy. He brings an investor's lens to property — treating real estate as an asset class to be underwritten and optimised for return, not merely sold.
