We are seeking a skilled Video Editor (1–3 years) to craft engaging short- and long-form video content for social media, ads, brand films, and client campaigns. You will own the edit from raw footage to final cut — pacing, sound, colour, and graphics — and lean on AI-powered editing tools to speed up turnaround, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate production value. We want someone who tells stories that hold attention in the first three seconds and keep it to the end.
Key Responsibilities
Edit reels, shorts, You Tube videos, ads, and brand films from raw footage to polished final cuts.
Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and sound design appropriate to each platform.
Use AI editing tools to accelerate cutting, auto-captioning, background removal, voice/audio cleanup, and B-roll/asset generation.
Optimise videos for each platform's format and best practices (Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Linked In).




Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketers to align video output with campaign goals.
Manage project files, versions, and a structured media archive.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or Da Vinci Resolve / Final Cut).
Hands-on experience with AI video tools — Runway, Cap Cut AI, Adobe Firefly / Premiere AI features, plus Chat GPT / Google Gemini for scripting and concept assistance.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, music synchronisation, and platform-native editing.
Working knowledge of colour grading and audio mixing.
Ability to handle multiple edits simultaneously under deadline.
Qualifications
Intermediate (10+2) education completed, with at least a diploma or certification in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Video Editing, or a related field.
1–3 years of video editing experience, preferably in an agency or content-heavy setting.
