Role Description The US Tax Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees end-to-end US tax engagements for small business clients, including federal and multi-state tax preparation, review,



and filing for entities and individuals. The US Tax Manager will lead tax planning initiatives, manage quarterly checkpoints, and ensure that tax compliance aligns closely with bookkeeping and monthly close processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing complex returns, interpreting US tax law, supervising team members, responding to IRS and state notices, and maintaining high standards for documentation and workflow. The role also collaborates with Virtual CFO and accounting teams to provide clear tax insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow decisions for clients.
