Experience: 8–15 years in Saa S product marketing, with at least the last few marketing a technical product to a technical audience
About us
Josh Talks AI builds and licenses audio datasets to leading AI labs. We've been deliberately quiet for the last year and just built. The work has earned the right to be talked about; we are now hiring the person who will do that talking.
What this role is
You will own how the small, specific audience of decision-makers in our category understands Josh Talks AI.
This is not a launch-and-positioning PMM role. The product exists. The buyers exist. The work is to close the gap between what we have built and what the market believes we have built in a category where the audience is small, technical, and skeptical of marketing.
What you will own
1. The audience
A short, named list of decision-makers globally who matter to our business. You will define the list, refine it,



and own the relationship surface around it. Your performance will be measured on whether the right people in this list are engaging with us, talking to us, and reaching out to us — not on volume metrics.
2. The claim and the proof behind it
You will own how we describe what we do, and the small set of concrete artifacts that prove it. You will write the version of our claim that goes on every public surface, and you will decide what evidence we lead with, what we hold back, and what we retire.
3. The content engine
A daily and weekly publishing cadence across the company's public surfaces, plus your own voice on your own handles. You set the standard, you write yourself, and you hold the bar for everything that goes out.
4. Product naming, taxonomy, and the website
Our product line is currently under-articulated. You will fix the names, the structure, the architecture, and how a reliable buyer navigates our public pre
