Our subscriptions & memberships are designed for artists to engage on a project basis. We do not sign any contract with the artists. We design the delivery of a subscription as per artist's genre, need, personality, TG and budget and help them stay independent, by giving them services of a label team.
Job Description:
You'll work directly with the directors and A&R; team, assisting in the strategic content development and audience engagement for independent music artists & labels. This role focuses on building compelling artist narratives, developing content strategies that drive discoverability, and supporting the artist journey across social platforms and digital ecosystems. You will be involved in content planning, social media strategy, artist positioning, trend research, and campaign coordination.



This role is ideal for someone who understands how artists build sustainable careers in the independent music space and wants to see how content and brand strategy work hand-in-hand with A&R;, publishing, and artist development.
Responsibilities:
* Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars tailored to each artist's genre, personality, target audience, and budget.
* Research music trends, viral content formats, and cultural shifts across hip hop, indie, regional music, and emerging genres.
* Create content pillars and artist brand positioning strategies that reflect the independent music ecosystem.
* Scout and analyse how independent artists are building audiences across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
* Coordinate with designers, editors, and social media managers for content execution and campaign rollout.
