Role Summary

The Operations Lead will serve as the operational backbone of the Modcart business, enabling the executive team to execute with speed and precision across field, product, and commercial functions. This role sits at the intersection of planning, coordination, and execution — owning the rhythm of weekly reporting, internal project governance, margin management, and platform operations on the Modcart dashboard.

You will work directly with the Co-founders to translate strategy into operational plans and ensure cross-functional accountability.

Key Responsibilities

O2 O Campaign Planning Support

▸ Help the executive ops team build structured Online-to-Offline (O2 O) campaign plans for FMCG brand partners

▸ Translate brand briefs into executable field activation calendars, including store selection, SKU mapping, and coupon mechanics

▸ Coordinate between brand, field, and tech teams to align O2 O rollout timelines

▸ Track campaign readiness milestones and flag blockers proactively

2. Weekly Reporting & Business Rhythm

▸ Own the weekly ops reporting cycle — consolidate inputs from field, brand, and dashboard data into a clean executive summary

▸ Create and maintain reporting templates covering campaign performance, store coverage, QR scan activity, coupon redemption rates, and pipeline health

▸ Prepare weekly business reviews for the leadership team; flag KPI variances with recommended actions

▸ Maintain a live ops dashboard tracker across active campai
