Compensation - 10 -18 LPA
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance).
- Professional certifications preferred: CA/ICWA/CMA or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and compliance.
- Prior exposure to EPC/Infrastructure/Construction industry preferred.
- Proven track record of handling statutory compliance, audits, and banking relationships.
- Tools & Software - Tally Prime (mandatory), MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling), ERP/Accounting software exposure, Compliance portals (GST, Income Tax, ROC).
Technical Knowledge:
• Statutory Compliance & Audits
o GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B, GSTR-9). o TDS/TCS (Form 24 Q, 26 Q, 27 EQ).
o PF & ESI regulations.
o Income Tax (advance tax, ITR filing).
o ROC filings and MCA compliance.
• Audit coordination (statutory, internal, tax).
• Reconciliation of GST portal, TDS statements (26 AS), and bank accounts.
• Banking & Fundraising
o Working capital loans, overdrafts, term loans.
o Bank Guarantees (BGs), EMDs,



non-fund-based limits.
o CMA data preparation, financial projections, stock statements.
• Financial Management
o Cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
o Vendor/subcontractor payments and payroll disbursement.
o Budgeting and cost center reconciliation.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
o Proficiency in Tally Prime and ERP systems.
o Journal entries, receipts, payments, ledger maintenance.
o GST-compliant billing and purchase verification.
o Stock verification and reconciliation.
• Reporting & MIS
o Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, fund utilization reports.
o Variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
o Strategic financial insights for management.
• Insurance & Risk
o Corporate insurance policies (Workmen’s Compensation, Property, Projectrelated).
o Risk assessment and negotiation with brokers.
