About the Role: CITTA is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own and drive brand growth across digital, retail, influencer, PR, events and retention channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine creativity with commercial thinking. The ideal candidate understands that excellent branding is not just about aesthetics—it must translate into awareness, consumer demand, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Communication
* Own and evolve CITTA's brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice across all consumer touchpoints.
* Ensure consistency of communication across website, marketplaces, packaging, social media, PR and retail channels.
* Develop campaign concepts aligned with brand and business objectives.
Content & Social Media
* Own the content calendar across Instagram, Linked In and other relevant platforms.
* Work with content creators, designers and agencies to deliver engaging, high-quality content.




* Drive founder-led content initiatives and thought leadership opportunities.
Influencer Marketing
* Build and manage influencer partnerships across awareness, engagement and conversion objectives.
* Develop seeding, collaboration and paid influencer programs.
* Track performance and optimize influencer investments.
PR & Brand Visibility
* Manage PR agencies and media relationships.
* Drive product launches, media coverage, founder profiling and industry recognition opportunities.
* Identify partnerships and collaborations that strengthen brand credibility and reach.
Retention Marketing
* Own Whats App and email marketing calendars in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Develop campaigns to improve customer retention, repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
* Work closely with ecommerce and performance teams to support CRM initiatives.
Retail & Trade Marketing
* Lead development of POSM, in-store branding a
