We manufacture cosmetics for some of India's fastest-growing D2 C brands. GMP-certified.
We need one person to own everything that moves — raw materials, packaging, finished goods, dispatches. Inward to outward. Nothing moves without you knowing, logging, and owning it.
This is not a storekeeper role. This is a senior operations leader who builds systems and holds a team accountable to near-zero variance.
You will own:
- GRN, issuance, dispatch — end to end
- Physical stock = ERP stock. Always.
- FIFO, shelf-life, GMP compliance across all stores
- Direct management of store keepers and inventory assistants
- Weekly MIS to the CEO
We will measure you on:
- Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%
- Physical vs ERP variance
- Zero same-day GRN backlog
- Dispatch error rate
You bring:
- 5–8 years in stores/inventory in a manufacturing plant
- GMP background preferred (cosmetics, pharma, FMCG)
- ERP hands-on experience + solid Excel
- Team you've managed and held accountable
