We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader with hands-on experience + AI expertise to lead the design and development of intelligent, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate combines solid full-stack engineering skills with practical experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development & Architecture
Design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. Lead the development of robust APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using Node.js and Java.



Build and maintain modern front-end applications using frameworks such as React. Design and implement event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS services. Drive technical decisions related to scalability, maintainability, performance, and security. AI & Generative AI Solutions
Design and implement AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. Develop and integrate AI services including chatbots, intelligent assistants, document processing, semantic search, and recommendation systems. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks. Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI orchestration workflows to improve model performance and reliability. Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI models from providers such as Open AI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, or open-source models.
