About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, recommend suitable courses, and convert inquiries into enrolments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Sales
Counsel prospective students through phone calls, video calls, Whats App, and walk-ins.



Understand student career aspirations and recommend suitable programs. Explain course curriculum, fees, placement assistance, and career opportunities. Handle objections and assist students in making informed decisions. Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets. Lead Management
Follow up on fresh, warm, and cold leads assigned through CRM. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students. Maintain regular follow-ups until admission closure. Ensure timely response to all inquiries. CRM & Reporting
Update lead status, counselling notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM. Maintain accurate records of admissions and student interactions. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Coordination & Student Experience
Coordinate with the Operations, Academic, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding. Support students during the admission and payment process. Ensure a seamless student journey from inquiry to enrolment. Key Performan
