As an Academic Counsellor, you will help students and working professionals identify the right learning path based on their educational background, career aspirations, and professional goals. You will play a key role in guiding learners toward successful career transitions in AI and Data Science. Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, virtual meetings,
and walk-ins Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively Build solid relationships through timely follow-ups Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets Deliver a professional and learner-focused counselling experience Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Ed Tech Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude Basic understanding of IT, AI, Data Science, or emerging technologies is an added advantage Why Join Data Mites?
