About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Associate to work on end-to-end transaction documentation for our private credit deals, provide necessary legal support to internal stakeholders involving legacy portfolio assets and other day-to-day matters involving the company.
You will run legal diligence on borrowers and underlying real estate assets. This is a high-ownership role in a lean team - you will work directly with the deal team and external counsels and stakeholders, not in a back-office capacity.

Transaction documentation
Draft, review and negotiate term sheets and other pre-transaction agreements in consultation with deal teams Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence on borrower entities, promoters, and project assets — title review, RERA compliance, encumbrance checks, litigation searches.
