About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Partner to lead and grow our Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance and Finance Managed Services practice. This executive leadership role combines business development, client advisory, technology-enabled transformation and delivery oversight to help global Banking & Financial Services clients modernize operations through AI, automation and digital innovation.

The Partner will own strategic client relationships, shape large managed services engagements, drive AI-led transformation initiatives and build a high-performing practice delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Build and scale the Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance and Finance Managed Services business with full P& L ownership. Develop trusted relationships with C-suite executives including CROs, CCOs, CFOs, COOs and CIOs across global financial institutions.



Lead large-scale managed services and transformation engagements spanning: Financial Crime (AML, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud) Risk (Enterprise, Operational, Credit & Regulatory Risk) Compliance (Regulatory Compliance, Controls, Surveillance & Governance) Finance & Accounting (Financial Control, Record-to-Report, Regulatory Reporting, Product Control & Finance Transformation) Originate and close complex consulting and managed services opportunities while leading solution design, commercial negotiations and executive presentations. Partner with technology and engineering teams to design AI-enabled operating models and digital transformation roadmaps. Drive adoption of Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Analytics, Workflow Platforms and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, controls and customer experience.
