You will play a key role in helping learners make informed career decisions. Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, virtual meetings,
and walk-ins Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets Ensure a professional and learner-centric counselling experience Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Ed Tech Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive Basic understanding of IT, AI, Data Science, or emerging technologies is an added advantage Why Join Data Mites?
