SOLARA is a rapid-growing D2 C consumer brand in the home & kitchen space — cookware, small kitchen appliances, and drinkware — selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, our own Shopify store, and a growing offline/B2 B channel. As volumes scale across all these channels, our warehouse is the engine that keeps every order moving. We're hiring a hands-on leader to run it.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager / Head of Logistics, you'll run the warehouse day-to-day and own all outbound shipments — B2 B/vendor inbound to Amazon and Flipkart, quick-commerce dispatches, and B2 B shipments to offline customers and distributors. You'll be responsible for throughput, accuracy, dispatch SLAs, and cost — and for building and managing the floor team and contract labor that make it happen. This is a warehouse-floor role, not a desk role. You'll report directly to the leadership team.
What You'll Do




- Own all outbound shipments — plan and execute B2 B/vendor consignments to Amazon and Flipkart (appointments, labeling, ASN/inbound compliance, palletization) and B2 B shipments to offline customers and distributors.
- Maximize warehouse throughput — design and optimize layout, slotting, picking, packing, and dispatch flows to push more volume through the same footprint, faster.
- Hit dispatch SLAs — ensure same-day/next-day dispatch targets, marketplace appointment windows, and quick-commerce timelines are consistently met.
- Manage the floor labor — recruit, organize, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and contract/unorganized labor; set daily targets and drive productivity and discipline.
- Run inventory accuracy — own cycle counts, stock accuracy, GRN/inward, returns processing, and warehouse-to-system reconciliation; minimize shrinkage and damage.
