Role Description
The Sales Manager – Real Estate at Props Aura is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving property sales and overseeing client relationships. This role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The Sales Manager will meet prospective clients, understand their requirements,



present suitable property options, and guide them through the entire transaction process. Daily activities include coordinating property visits, negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely deal closures with high client satisfaction. The position also requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams, tracking market trends, and providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. The salary range for this role is INR 25,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, with a strong track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
