Job Description: Manager – Risk Management
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to join our Risk Management team. The candidate will be responsible for developing monitoring tools, managing capital assessments, and translating raw data into actionable insights and the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Risk Monitoring & Performance Analytics
- Monitor and analyze critical portfolio performance metrics, including Entry Rates, Non-Starter Rates, Straight Flow Rates, PAR, Credit Cost/NCL, and Resolution Rates, to assess portfolio health and risk performance.
- Perform in-depth analysis of risk indicators, cohort performance, and emerging portfolio trends to identify insights and support timely decision-making.
Business Intelligence & MIS Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions by integrating relevant databases for credit performance, static pool analysis, OD utilization, and related portfolio metrics.




- Provide analytical insights to strengthen risk segmentation, underwriting strategies, collections and repayment strategies, and overall portfolio performance.
- Develop executive-ready monthly review decks, board presentations, and specialized dashboards, and present key risk insights to senior management with a focus on delinquency, concentration, and portfolio trends.
- Leverage advanced Excel-based skills to identify early warning signals (EWS) and support proactive risk mitigation to minimize potential credit losses.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Experience
5-7 years of experience in Credit Risk Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, and risk reporting/monitoring
Must Have Skills
Robust hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and analytical/modeling workflows.
Experience working with bureau data and transactional datasets for credit risk analysis.
