Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years (Real Estate only-Sourcing Sales)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Source qualified buyers through channel partners, brokers, and referrals
- Network Building:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and channel partners
- Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Virar–Vasai market to generate quality leads
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sourcing performance and optimize strategies
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences (especially in luxury real estate).
What We're Looking For
- Graduate with proven real estate sourcing experience
- Strong network across Mumbai and surrounding markets
- Experience handling high-ticket size transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
