Role Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer someone who wants to be at the heart of creating AI-powered products and platforms, someone who can bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with real-world business problems and turn emerging technology into tangible outcomes.
We're looking for someone who has taken ideas from a whiteboard to production, who enjoys creating products, platforms, and capabilities that solve real-world problems—not just demos and proofs of concept. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, product thinking, and business impact.
This isn’t a “sit in meetings all day” corporate role.

Qualifications:
5+ years of software engineering experience, building and shipping production systems.
3+ years working with modern AI/ML technologies, including large language models and generative AI applications.
Experience building and operating scalable distributed systems.
Solid understanding of model evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agents, and AI application design.
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
AI & Machine learning
Experience working with Microsoft Azure ecosystem - Azure AI Services, Azure Functions.
Strong experience with modern LLM ecosystems including Open AI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and open-source models such as Llama, Qwen, Mistral, and Deep Seek
Experience designing and implementing advanced RAG architectu
