Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Customer Success team as Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer operations, backend support, billing, analytics, and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide backend support to customers by processing requests accurately and on time.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining customer billing and invoices.
- Verify customer data and ensure accuracy in records.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel and internal tools.
- Maintain customer-related documentation and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and operational issues.
- Track customer requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Learn company products and processes to deliver efficient support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any (B. Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, B. Sc, BA, BE, or equivalent).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of customer service and business operations.
- Familiarity with Excel functions such as filters, formulas, and pivot tables is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindse
