Job Summary

The QC Manager (Subsea) will be responsible for overseeing all Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with client specifications, international standards, and project requirements. The role will lead quality initiatives, manage audits and inspections, develop quality procedures, and drive continuous improvement to maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability across offshore EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Quality policies and procedures in compliance with client and project requirements. Plan and conduct Quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality specifications and standards. Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Establish and monitor Quality KPIs across projects and portfolios. Prepare and implement annual Quality Plans. Promote and foster a solid Quality culture throughout the organization. Ensure lessons learned are captured and effectively implemented during project execution.



Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation of engineering quality checks where applicable. Manage, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers and Inspectors. Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records. Monitor quality performance metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies regarding quality-related matters. Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy. Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Management. Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco Offshore Projects. At least 8 years of experience managing Quality Systems within Offshore Oil & Gas and EPC projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Proven experi
