Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, and display to drive conversions and brand growth. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets and bids, analyzing data and user behavior, and preparing regular performance reports and insights. The role will collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to develop high-performing ad assets, test new strategies,



and ensure that campaigns align with client objectives. The Performance Marketer will also stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve campaign efficiency and return on investment.
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualifications
Experience managing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and basic spreadsheet analysis for performance tracking.
Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
