Key Responsibilities
- Contract drafting & negotiation: EPC, Bo P, Civil, Supply, Tech Transfer agreements
- Regulatory communication: Draft letters, submissions, appeals to MNRE, SECI, NTPC, CERC, SERCs, etc.
- Risk & claim management: Mitigate risks, handle claims, arbitration, litigation support
- Compliance & governance: Ensure adherence to Contract Act, Companies Act, Electricity Act, Arbitration Act, labour laws
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with procurement, projects, finance, land, design teams; vet Rf Ps, RFQs, PPAs
Desired Profile
- LLB/LLM from reputed law school
- 7–12 years’ experience in EPC & supply contracts, regulatory letters
- Sector preference: Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC
- Robust drafting, negotiation & risk assessment skills
