About the Role
This is a full time, on-site Sr Engineering Manager role based in Karnataka, India. The Sr Engineering
Manager will lead multiple engineering teams, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance
management to deliver reliable, scalable AI-driven healthcare products. This role includes working closely
with product management, data science, and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into
roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features and integrations. The Sr Engineering
Manager will oversee end-to-end software development, including architecture reviews, coding standards,
code reviews, testing practices, and deployment processes. Day-to-day responsibilities also include
managing project execution, identifying and mitigating risks, improving engineering processes, and




fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Org Development
▸ Lead, mentor, and grow 2–3 engineering teams (15–20 engineers total, including senior ICs, tech
leads, and team leads).
▸ Own hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning across your org.
▸ Cultivate a high-trust, high-accountability team culture with strong psychological safety and clear
expectations.
▸ Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to build diverse, inclusive teams.
Delivery & Execution
▸ Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, including mentoring, performance
management, hiring, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
▸ Proven Project Management capabilities, such as roadmap planning, sprint management, risk
mitigation, and stakeholder communication in an agile environment.
