Lead the design and implementation of programs focused on the economic and social resilience of adolescent girls within the Women Empowerment portfolio. Drive interventions around life skills, skilling, entrepreneurship, socio-economic behavior change, nutrition, health, and wellbeing. Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to identify and address challenges faced by adolescent girls across diverse communities. Build and manage partnerships with NGO's, government bodies, community organizations, and external experts to strengthen program impact and outreach. Lead community engagement initiatives aimed at building confidence, resilience, leadership, and agency among adolescent girls. Advocate for policy and ecosystem changes that support socio-economic readiness and empowerment of adolescent girls. Monitor, evaluate, and track program outcomes and impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement and scale. Manage program planning, team coordination, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective program execution
