Purpose of the Role

ENGIE India is hiring a role to enable maximization of S-P revenues of renewable, battery and combinations thereof and do the An Exchange Market Analyst monitors and analyses transactions, prices, volumes, and trends on power/commodity/financial exchanges to support pricing, bidding, and risk decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, or Engineering, Female Candidate preferred MBA from premier institute, Preferred 8 + years of Trading and Commercial Management experience in the Energy sector Strong preference for Renewable Energy experience (Solar, Wind, Hybrid projects) Experience in Commercial & Industrial (C& I) segment is a solid advantage Technical & Functional Competencies
Understanding of financial metrics and evaluation methodologies in competitive processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Deep expertise in the energy industry, risk management including experience with energy markets, offtake agreements, investments, power marketing,



and product structuring. Outstanding analytical skills, proven experience working with advanced valuation and market models. Essential Functions:

Experience in power forecasting and scheduling, including demand and generation forecasting, and preparation of day‐ahead and real‐time schedules. Skilled in managing deviations, DSM exposure, and coordinating closely with system operators Analyzing day-ahead, real-time, and forward market data. Tracking price trends, volatility, and liquidity. Supporting bidding strategies and revenue optimization Assessing market risks and price exposure. Preparing daily/Weekly/monthly reports and forecasts. Ensuring compliance with exchange rules and market regulations. Closely collaborate with the Operations team to monitor and evaluate the performance of each asset, while identifying improvement opportunities and value‐creation avenues for effective asset management.
