Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about helping students and working professionals achieve their career goals. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their aspirations, provide consultation, and guide them toward the right program.
This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who enjoy consultative selling, relationship building, and working in a high-performance environment.
Work Schedule
Work From Home (Remote)
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct consultations with prospective learners and parents.
• Understand learner goals, challenges, and career aspirations.
• Present suitable programs and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
• Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, mentoring,



and operations teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, counseling, business development, or customer success.
• Ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Ed Tech, coaching, education, or counseling experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
