We conduct structured 1:1 live communication sessions designed to improve confidence, fluency, workplace communication, interview skills, and overall personality development.

Compensation
₹80–₹150 per hour
(based on communication skills, demo performance,

Average earning potential (part-time):

Availability Requirement
Minimum 4 hours daily (Mon–Sat)
Evening availability between 7 PM – 12 AM is strongly preferred due to peak student demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 English communication and fluency sessions
- Follow academy teaching SOPs and demo structure
- Submit student feedback forms regularly
- Track student progress and learning consistency
- Participate in audit/review meetings whenever required
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and class quality
- Collaborate with the Student Success Team for smooth student experien
