About the Role We're looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator who loves creating engaging content for social media.
This is not just a video editing role. We are looking for someone who can identify trends, come up with content ideas, create compelling stories, and turn them into engaging videos for Instagram and You Tube.
If you are someone who constantly notices what works on social media, understands audience attention, and enjoys creating content that people actually want to watch, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do Ideate and create content for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and You Tube videos.
Research trends, formats, hooks, and content opportunities.
Develop content concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
Shoot and/or coordinate content production where required.
Edit videos into engaging social media content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to build audience engagement and brand awareness.
Continuously experiment with new content formats and creative ideas.
Stay updated with social media trends, creator strategies, and platform best practices.




What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Instagram and You Tube content.
Passion for content creation and storytelling.
Ability to think creatively and generate original content ideas.
Understanding of what drives engagement, retention, and shareability.
Good video editing skills using tools such as Filmora, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar.
Self-starter with a solid sense of ownership and execution.
Preferred Experience Experience creating content around one or more of the following:
E-commerce
Fashion
Technology & Gadgets
Shopping & Consumer Brands
Lifestyle
However, candidates from other content niches are also encouraged to apply if they have strong content creation skills.
