ROLE OVERVIEW:
The role will support the organization’s treasury agenda across fund raising, liquidity management, liability planning, debt documentation, and capital market transactions. The incumbent will work closely with internal business and finance stakeholders, lenders, investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal teams, and other intermediaries to ensure timely execution of borrowing programs, prudent liquidity management, and robust treasury governance.
QUALIFICATION: Chartered Accountant and/or MBA (from Tier I insttitutes)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, fund raising, or debt capital markets, preferably in an NBFC / bank / financial services / large corporate treasury workplace.
Working capital / term loans / NCDs / ECB / buyers’ credit / structured funding
Liquidity planning and ALM.
Financial analysis and treasury MIS
Debt documentation and transaction coordination
Rating agency / investor / trustee / banker interactions
Forex / interest-rate exposure management (preferred)




Regulatory and policy awareness
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Fund Raising & Liability Management
Support execution of short-term and long-term fund raising through banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, pension funds, debt investors, and other funding channels.
Assist in structuring borrowing transactions and funding solutions aligned to business requirements, market conditions, and cost optimization objectives.
Manage liability planning, including borrowing mix, tenor planning, refinancing readiness, and diversification of funding sources.
Support issuance / redemption / buyback / partial redemption of debt instruments, including NCDs, working capital lines, ECBs, buyers’ credit, and other treasury instruments.
2) Transaction Execution
Coordinate end-to-end treasury execution from term sheet stage through documentation, approvals, drawdown, disbursement, servicing, and closure.
