We are seeking an experienced Equity Capital Markets (ECM) skilled to drive the execution of capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, rights issues, and other equity-linked products. The role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, advisors, and regulators to ensure seamless transaction execution, regulatory compliance, and successful deal completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Execution: Manage ECM transactions once the transaction is mandated till closing, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
2. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on ECM strategies and transaction structures.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICDR and companies Act compliances and listing rules.
4.



Market Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, conditions, and competitor activity to inform ECM strategies.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with ECM origination, syndicate, and trading teams to deliver successful transactions.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with ECM transactions.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 8+ years in ECM execution, Merchant Banking / Investment banking,
2. Education: CA / MBA Finance
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of ECM products, transaction structures, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
