SEO Manager Job OverviewWe are seeking an SEO Manager with deep expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), with a strong focus on Web3, AI, and blockchain industries and a proven track record in organic lead generation. The ideal candidate stays ahead of Google algorithm updates, knows how to rank pages fast, and proactively updates content so new updates never pull our rankings down. A strong design sense, understanding of website structure, and proficiency in content and keyword research are essential, along with hands-on experience using Sem Rush, Google Search Console, and Google Trends.

We also want someone who treats AI as a core part of the job: bringing current AI-driven initiatives to execute faster, training the team on AI best practices, and motivating them to use AI in their everyday workflow. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation
Develop and execute lead-generation strategies targeting enterprise clients in blockchain, AI, Web3, and crypto industries.

Implement structured data and schema markup (FAQPage, How To, Article) to improve visibility in both search results and AI citations. Optimize website content for search engines and user experience (site structure, metadata, page speed).
