Overall Objectives of job

We are looking for a skilled Open Text Technical Support & Configuration Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Open Text within our HR IT landscape, including SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Open Text solutions, experience in HR document management, and the ability to troubleshoot and configure the system to ensure seamless operation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Implementation & Integration: Support the deployment of Open Text for HR document management, integrating it with SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM.

• System Configuration: Configure Open Text solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support, analyze issues, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical problems.

• Maintenance & Upgrades:



Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.

• User Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and support end-users by addressing technical queries and best practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

Must Have:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Open Text implementation, configuration, and support.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Open Text Content Server, Extended ECM, or similar Open Text modules.

• HR Systems Knowledge: Understanding of SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, and their document manage
