Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for an Supply Chain Manager located in Bengaluru. The SCM Manager will lead the whole ops team and be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the supply chain, ensuring product quality,
streamlining processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves liaising with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics
- Knowledge of quality assurance and process optimization
- Proficiency in inventory management and vendor relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Please note: This is mid-management role not a senior leadership role. Salary will be in 5-8 LPA range.
