Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Reservations Manager role based in Gurugram. The Reservations Manager will oversee daily reservations operations, including handling individual and group bookings, managing room inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all reservation requests. The role involves coordinating with sales, front office,



and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy, optimize rates, and support overall revenue goals. The Reservations Manager will lead and mentor the reservations team, monitor service quality, and handle escalated guest queries or issues. The position also includes preparing regular reports, analyzing booking trends, and contributing to process improvements and training initiatives. Strong knowledge of IDS PMS (Fortune NEXT) with proven experience in reservation management, inventory control, OTA integration, and hotel booking operations.
