About MIRA
MIRA Healthcare is a fast-growing specialty surgical center focused on Hernia, Colorectal, and Minimally Invasive Surgery. We are looking for a highly ambitious Marketing Manager who can build MIRA into the most recognized and preferred surgical brand in Chennai.
This is not a social media executive role. We already work with specialist agencies for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, content, and creatives. Your role is to lead them, challenge them, and ensure they deliver exceptional results.
Your Mission
Take complete ownership of MIRA's marketing and drive measurable growth in patient enquiries, appointments, brand visibility, and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Own MIRA's entire marketing strategy and execution.
- Lead and manage all external marketing partners, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, branding, content, video, and creative agencies.
- Set clear KPIs, deadlines,



and growth targets for every agency and vendor.
- Hold agencies accountable for performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Build aggressive local marketing strategies that position MIRA ahead of competing hospitals and clinics.
- Identify competitor strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to outperform them in digital visibility, patient acquisition, brand recall, and online reputation.
- Improve Google rankings, website conversions, and appointment generation.
- Drive Google Reviews, patient engagement, and online credibility.
- Plan and execute campaigns for new services, workshops, doctor branding, and community outreach.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, front office, operations, and management to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
- Present weekly and monthly dashboards with measurable outcomes and future action plans.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management
