Brand Monkey is a quick-growing creative and digital marketing agency working with multiple brands across social media, performance marketing, branding, and content creation. We are looking for a creative professional who can combine strong copywriting skills with social media management to build impactful campaigns for multiple brands.
Position: Copywriter & Social Media Manager
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Agency Experience Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands simultaneously
• Create monthly social media strategies and content calendars
• Write engaging social media captions, ad copies, website content, blogs, and campaign copies
• Develop creative concepts, taglines, hooks, and scripts for reels and UGC campaigns
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and other platforms




• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to execute campaigns
• Monitor social media performance, trends, and audience engagement
• Handle multiple client accounts while maintaining brand consistency
• Use AI tools and Generative AI platforms for content creation, planning, and productivity
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in Copywriting and Social Media Management in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
• Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and social media marketing
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
• Knowledge of AI tools and Generative AI platforms for content creation and workflow optimization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines
