Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Organization Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Event Organization Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, client workshops, internal engagements, and promotional activities aligned with the company’s business goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating timelines and checklists, managing vendor relationships, negotiating with venues and service providers, and overseeing event logistics from setup to closure. The role involves preparing event briefs, budgets, and reports, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, sales, HR, and operations), and ensuring brand consistency across all event materials and experiences. The specialist will also handle attendee communication, registrations, feedback collection, and post-event analysis to measure outcomes and recommend improvements for future events. This role requires close collaboration, on-the-ground presence during events, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and event management skills, with experience organizing end-to-end corporate or promotional events.
