This role is with our client, a leading real estate developer in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's/Master's in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with 10–15 years of experience in copywriting, brand communication, content strategy, or creative communication.
Preferred Background: Senior copywriting or creative leadership experience, preferably with exposure to real estate, luxury, retail, hospitality, BFSI, consumer brands, or advertising agencies, along with experience in OOH, DVCs, integrated campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead Brand Communication: Own the brand's tone of voice and ensure consistent messaging across all digital, print, corporate, sales, and marketing communication.
Content Strategy: Develop messaging frameworks and translate business and marketing objectives into compelling, audience-focused communication.
Creative Copywriting: Write and edit high-quality copy for advertising campaigns, websites, brochures, social media, emailers, landing pages,



video scripts, PR, presentations, and sales collateral.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns and create impactful headlines, taglines, long-form, short-form, and conversion-focused content.
Digital Marketing: Develop copy for digital ads, SEO pages, Whats App, email marketing, and lead-generation campaigns while optimizing content for engagement and conversions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with design, digital, product, sales, HR, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver effective communication solutions.
Leadership: Mentor junior copywriters, review agency outputs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and present creative concepts to stakeholders.
Quality & Governance: Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, brand-aligned, legally compliant, and maintain content calendars, messaging documents, and brand guidelines.
