About the Role




We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse, inventory, retail, and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functioning, inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, process compliance, and operational excellence across retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, and B2 B channels.
This role requires solid leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on operational expertise to drive efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor stock movements between warehouses, stores, and fulfillment centers.
