About the Role
We are looking for an AI Creative Director to lead the creative vision and storytelling quality of Ad Mitra’s AI‑generated videos for Indian brands. This role will own campaign narrative, visual direction, and client-facing creative strategy, while mentoring a team of AI Artists to consistently deliver high-impact, on-brand videos




Salary: ₹50,000/mo
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end creative direction for video campaigns, from initial brief and storyboard to final AI‑generated deliverables.
- Own storyboard strategy: translate client objectives into transparent narrative arcs, shot lists, and visual references that AI Artists can execute on.
- Provide day‑to‑day direction and feedback to AI Artists, ensuring prompts, motion, edits, and sound design are aligned with brand tonality and campaign goals.
- Run regular client meetings to understand new campaign requirements, present ideas, and co‑create concepts through structured brainstorming sessions.
- Convert client inputs into crisp, actionable creative and technical briefs for the internal team, with clear success criteria and timelines.
