We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and proactive Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering digital and e-commerce projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

You will collaborate closely with development, design, QA, and marketing teams while maintaining structured communication with US stakeholders and agency partners. This role requires strong documentation skills, technical understanding of web platforms, structured execution, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
Own end-to-end project lifecycle management from discovery to final delivery Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Monitor progress, anticipate risks,



and proactively address roadblocks Ensure alignment between technical execution and client objectives Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining delivery quality and deadlines 2. Resource & Task Management
Assign tasks based on team strengths, expertise, and project requirements Monitor workload distribution to ensure optimal resource utilization Track task progress and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams Coordinate with team members to resolve blockers and maintain productivity 3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain structured documentation including Scope of Work (SOW), technical briefs, flowcharts, proposals, and requirement documents with the help of BA Create internal and client-facing reports, dashboards, and status updates Maintain accurate project records, change requests, and communication logs Ensure documentation supports clarity, traceability, and scope control 4.
