Role Overview
We are looking for a design-focused Word Press Developer who combines strong technical expertise with a sharp eye for design and user experience.
This role requires someone who can confidently work inside existing Word Press websites, build new features, and translate design files into pixel-perfect, high-performing web pages. The ideal candidate understands both development and visual implementation, ensuring that websites are not only functional but also polished and user-friendly.
You will primarily work with Word Press-based websites for client projects, implementing designs, maintaining site infrastructure, and ensuring performance, security, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Word Press Development
Build, customize, and maintain Word Press websites. Develop custom themes and plugins when needed. Work confidently within existing Word Press codebases and builder-based sites.
Use Word Press hooks, actions, and filters effectively. Implement custom functionality using PHP, Java Script, and CSS. Design Implementation
Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Word Press pages. Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Apply strong design judgment to improve usability and visual polish when necessary. Ensure interactions, hover states, links, and UI behaviors follow best UX practices. Word Press Builders & Tools
Build and modify pages using tools such as: Elementor Other modern Word Press builders Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types. Integrate agile content and reusable components. Site Management & Hosting
Manage Word Press environments including: WP Engine c Panel Other hosting platforms Use SSH access and server basics when needed. Create and manage staging environments. Perform backups, restores, and deployments safely. Perform
