Job Description - Sr SAP PP Consultant, Chance with leading Automotive Giant

· Minimum of 6 years of experience, with significant exposure to handling SAP PP& QM and should have handled minimum 2-3 Greenfield SAP projects.

· Preferably with SAP HANA background.

· Must be based in Chennai and able to travel to the plant when necessary.

· God in Master Data Management: Material Master – PP/QM – Discrete manufacturing setup with Variant configuration.

· Engineering Change Management.

· Material Forecast, Planned Independent Requirement & Customer Independent Requirement, SOP & LTP, MPS.

· Configuration Simulation. MRP, Planned order, and Production Order.

· Product Cost Planning, Serial Number & Batch Management.

· Interfaces and AL11 Directory, Quality Planning, Inspection, Notification, Control, and Reporting.

· Business Analysis and Solution Design: Review, analyse, and evaluate business processes and requirements.

· Propose business solutions by understanding the existing landscape for incidents and change requests.





· Configure and maintain relevant SAP S/4 HANA components, including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Quality Management.

· Document configurations and processes.

· Support business users in delivering end-user training.

· Provide overall maintenance and support.

· Support Extract, Transform, and Cleanse data objects.

· Create and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required.

· Conduct gap analysis on existing solutions, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, training, etc.

· Create functional specifications for change requests (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms).

· Work closely with other IT team members from Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer-facing, Security, Data Migration, Basis, and PIPO, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
